The Lesson Learned
Don’t leave a Copic Marker open after changing the color of a metal embellishment; especially if you plan to turn on a heat tool to speed up the drying process. Last night I did this very thing while working on this page and proceeded to melt the brush tip of a BRAND NEW Copic marker . The result, the star brads framing the photo ended up costing me $7.00 and the usability of a new marker… Hopefully, in time, I can replace nib; the brush nibs, however, are very difficult to find in my area.
